Babysitter cheat sheet

When I became a new mom, I searched high and low today for a good babysitter information sheet online, but didn't find any I liked! So, I made my own. 

It's a great, customizable, personalized document you can print and post on on your fridge for anyone coming to your house to watch your baby. Grandparents, babysitters, nannies, neighbors, etc. Much better than chicken scratch on a Post-it note!
